Yakitori and Chinese cuisine, in one course

A five-minute walk from Ebisu Station, on the Beer-zaka slope. Owner-chef Ideta spent more than 20 years in Chinese cuisine and trained at a yakitori restaurant before opening his own. Our omakase courses bring together skewers from the grill and specialty dishes made with Chinese techniques. Seating is at the counter facing the grill or in fully private rooms.

Choosing the chicken, cut by cut

Our yakitori is centered on Date chicken from Fukushima Prefecture, with other premium breeds chosen for particular cuts. Each ingredient is cooked to suit it, and some skewers take on the spices and seasonings of Chinese cuisine.

Three courses

The Suzune Course brings six skewers and two specialty dishes, followed by a rice dish and dessert. There is also a course with braised whole shark fin, and one built around a large 120g shark fin simmered in a clay pot.

Chinese specialties and our sommelier's wine

The specialty dishes in our courses are made with Chinese techniques; the owner-chef won a gold medal in the appetizer category at the 7th World Chinese Cuisine Competition. Our sommelier chooses wines to suit the spices of Chinese dishes and the smoky flavor of yakitori, and pairings are available.
